3. Validate your efforts
Already advanced in one or more transformations? You can have your progress validated. Companies that excel at one of the 7 transformations but need to progress in others receive the ‘Transformer’ label as a recognition of their efforts. If your company scores at least 4 out of 5 in all 7 transformations, it qualifies for the prestigious ‘Factory of the Future’ label.
